O&B yesterday, Long Aerobic today.
After about 4 miles, I settled in at a pace of about 8:15/mi, with HR around 75-80% Max, rising up to 80-85% towards the end, which is higher than what I should be doing, but it was sustainable and didn’t feel strained.
NOTE: My peak HR during my 5k time trial on October 3rd was 186 bpm, which is higher than the 180 I’ve been using for Max HR. So the 80% readings today were possibly more like 77%, which “sounds” better to me.
