Long Run, pretty close to goal of 17.5 miles in 2:30:00.
Hot and humid, moreso by the end. Wore the Green Virratas (trying to go back to 0 drop, near barefoot). Drank a mix of 1 part OJ, 3 parts water, and Salt, carried in a handheld bottle. I was tired by the end, but did not bonk. 8:10-ish pace for most of it (after first 3 miles), with paces being faster toward the end.
