Overcast, light drizzle, but warmer than the past few days. Achilles issue seemed almost non-existent, despite running 3 of the 8 miles in a sub 8:00 min/mi pace! Not sure why my pace today was so much faster -- maybe the lack of interval and tempo training days over the past week gave my tired legs a chance to recover. In any event, it felt easy today. Strangely, the LEFT achilles seems to have a sympathetic soreness today.
