11.3 total miles, 10 mile Out n Back, Treadmill, speed for Out was 7.2 mph (miles 2-4), then 7.4 mph ramping up steadily to 7.8 mph for 0.5 miles (from 10.0 to 10.5 mile point) before cooling down for 0.8 miles. HR never got much above 150 bpm, which is surprising -- a few weeks ago during my Out n Back, I had to slow down after a brief time at 7.4 mph. This is a great sign of improving fitness! I think.
