LMLS, 2 w/u, 8.5 O&B, 2 c/d.
8.4 mph, 1% for most of the O&B, w/ 3 - 3.5 miles at 8.5 mph. HR was a bit higher than 2 weeks ago for a similar workout. This may be due to Ron Daws a week ago. Still, I kept the HR in a range of 155-162 bpm, about right for me for this workout.
