LMLS, 9 miles, Intervals (6 x 800m @ 5k pace, w/ 2:20-2:30 jog breaks), SAM Hard.
Good workout. 1st repeat always scares the hell out of me. Then I settled in and pounded it out. Felt great afterwards. I had some sport jelly beans before the run, and I drank weak Gatorade during the run, so that probably helped make this workout feel as good as it did. Even the SAM Hard workout afterward was one of my stronger efforts.
