7.8 miles, LTF treadmill, Very easy paces, 7 mph for the bulk of it. HR via the handgrips was in the 120's after slowing to 6 mph at end, but it may have been closer to low 130s during the 7 mph portion.
(This is a scheduled "Aerobic Run" on Sundays, but I've been running these as Jogs, due to the Friday Out-n-Back 11 mi, followed by the Saturday Long 18 mi, and the need to recover a bit before Monday's 13.5 mi Aerobic Run.)
