12.0 miles Aerobic run on Treadmill. No HRM today. gradual build-up to 7.2 mph for miles 6 and 7, then 7.1 mph for miles 8 and 9, then 7.0 mph for miles 10 and 11, then 6.8 mph for 0.5 miles, then cooldown walk/jog (with bathroom break). Felt easy. Was going to try to ramp up to 7.3 mph, then ramp down, but 7.2 mph was just starting to feel like extra effort. Followed up run with 30 minutes of shoveling snow!
