Mile 13 I ran hard, but felt leg cramps (left hamstring) coming on. Slowed to a walk and ate a Powerbar and drank rest of my Gatorade. Eased back into it. By start of mile 16, I was ready for a strong finish. Ran the last 5 miles at roughly 7:35 pace. HR rose steadily from about 142 to about 160 during that period.
