Mile 3, maintained HR b/t 137 - 143, AeT pace = 8:17
Compare results every few weeks.
Ran a modified Shiloh loop -- Ran thru Greenwood Park to 24, then East to 101, South to start of Shiloh Loop.
During mile 3, tried hard to keep HR at 138-140. Resultant pace of 8:17 is the data point to which I will compare subsequent AeT tests.
