LMLS, 13 miles aerobic, SAM Medium
After first 2 w/u miles, avg pace was around 8:05 or faster. HR avg was ~133 bpm.
There is some muscle soreness that continues to linger, but the deep fatigue feeling is slowly dissipating. The next 3 days should help continue the recovery (Jog, 11 Aer, Jog) before my next LR, which is only scheduled to be 16 miles.
