MP Alternations workout: 0.25 mi @ MP-20s / 0.75 mi @ MP
Much better this week than last week:
6:19 avg pace for fast portions (0.25 miles each), 6:56 avg pace for "float/clearance" portions (0.75 miles each).
Solid effort, but might need to slow down more on the fast portions in future workouts, since the Fast portions will get longer and be a higher percentage of the run (e.g., 1000m/600m) and for a longer total workout (8 miles or more).
