Pfitz plan called for 15 mile Long Run, preferably a Progression. Felt extremely sluggish first couple of miles, then suddenly it was relatively easy to maintain paces that were faster than I had planned. (Plan: MP+20% around 8:20 pace, MP+10% around 7:40 pace for last 5 miles. Actuals: 8:05-ish pace after warm-up, and 7:25 pace for last 5 miles.)
Cold!! Fingers were frozen at several points during the run.
