10.1 mile Aerobic Run OUTDOORS on Xmas Day! Strong wind from West made "it" cold, and I cut the run a bit short (scheduled 14.5 miles). Snow on roads made it difficult, but nice to get outside. Pace for miles 5-9 were pretty fast, maybe 8:05 pace avg. Maybe a good day to cut back a bit, since I did some real tough workouts last week.
