Bummer that the HR data is bogus. It would've been helpful to see what my HR was for this run, since I basically ran a 7 mile MP workout. Not exactly -- it was supposed to be an Out and Back (my plan is to follow this up with a 13-mile Long Run tomorrow at a very easy pace, then a nice 1-week taper):
Out -- 7:19, 7:25, 7:05
Back -- 6:51, 6:47, 6:48, 6:50
It was comfortably hard, but it also felt sustainable ... although not for a full marathon ... at least not today.
The cold/infection is still there, but I feel so much stronger than I have in the last 2 weeks. So that's encouraging.
