Cross-training Recovery Day:

Exercise bike 10 min, then situps, burpee pullups, mil press, squats, curls, mountain climbers. Then, repeat above, but shorter versions. Spent total of 23 minutes on bike, with avg HR readings around 135 bpm or so. Did some stretching afterwards, which I don't normally do. Felt good.
