LSLM, 6.4 miles very easy (it felt like 10:00 pace), with about 6 short strides after the 4-mile point; SAM Easy.
One of my strides showed a peak pace of 4:43 on Garmin Connect. Felt great. The cadence on Garmin Connect showed that the first 3 strides had a peak cadence of ~200 steps per minute, and the last 3 had a peak cadence of around 215 spm. A little more forward lean perhaps on those last 3, without strain. Feeling strong overall.
