10-mile "tired legs" run. Started out VERY slowly for first 2 miles, then pace quickened a LOT, then it got tough again in the last 2+ miles (running into the wind probably wore me out a bit on the way back).
The "fast" pace in the middle miles seems like a direct result of doing the Intervals workout yesterday -- just something about getting the legs used to running faster. Anyhow, it felt good ... until I got tired ... and then I backed off to keep it easy.
Also: HRM was bogus for first 2.4 miles (very high readings). I manually changed the Avg and Max HR readings to reflect what I see for the rest of the run after the 2.4 mile point.
