Easy/recovery day. Yesterday's Long run felt good, but I could feel the beginning stages of cramping in my quads -- another 2 miles and I would've have had full-blown cramps. So the goal today was to warm up the legs with a slow jog, then really hit the foam roller afterwards. Done.
