TM run at work. New Polar HRM strap appears to be awesome. This is the most stable set of HR readings I've ever seen, AND it displays on the TM in addition to on my watch, making it easier to monitor and adjust speed. Goal today was to keep HR in the 130-132 bpm range. My Avg HR numbers were right on (except for the forced break at 30 minutes, one of the few things I dislike about the new TMs).

To keep HR in the 130-132 bpm range, paces during my MAF test declined over 4 miles, from ~6.2 to ~5.7 mph, 1%.

Really not much slow down; I expect to see more of a slow-down as my initial pace speeds up.
