Actually "ran" this PCR on the elliptical, not the TM. HR was a bit lower than a PCR effort, although it crept up toward the 152 bpm range towards the end. Still recovering from hip/glute issue, and elliptical seems like the way to go (to maintain fitness while allowing the issue to heal). Ice also seems to help, more than the foam rolling, stretching, Ben-Gay, etc. I may stick with the elliptical for another week or so. It's tough to do the Intervals -- I'm not sure I'm getting the full benefit if I'm not actually running. (I do try to get the HR up into the same ranges, though.)
