12.8 mile Aerobic Run on home treadmill. It took about 30 minutes for "Crazy" HR numbers to settle down (battery issue? chest strap issue?). Then, rock steady numbers: 7.1 mph, 144 bpm. Exactly AT the program Pace and HR levels, for just longer than the program Duration and Distance. Felt tired at beginning, but got through it after about mile 4. Oh, and one more number for me to obsess about -- Cadence! At 7.1 mph, my cadence is 177 steps per minute. I think that's good for minimalist/chi/natural/barefoot-style running.
