Notes

Good Classic XC training ski. Used Red/Silver kick wax for warm temps, but still slipped a lot in the tracks. Glide was good, and my avg pace was better than expected for the effort level. Not sure what’s going on with the HR numbers; but it’s always a problem with wrist-based HR when I have jacket sleeve AND gloves rubbing against the watch.
