5.5 miles Hills on Treadmill. Eased into the Hills phase, only did 1 circuit (400m Hill bound, 3x150m sprints), plus an "extra" 200m hill bound. Took it pretty easy overall. 15 minute warmup, 15-20 minute cooldown.
