11.2 miles total, Out and Back, 8.8 miles at 7:07 avg pace (faster than I wanted to do, but felt ok).
Did a Leg Circuit, Plank circuit, Myrtl, and stretching immediately afterwards. Weight = 147 lbs after run, so I'm making steady progress. No rush -- being under 145 on October 9th would help quite a bit, I think.
