Really solid effort today. My "cooldown" ended up being a race home to beat Logan's bus! I made it to his bus stop with about 30 seconds to spare. Not the best way to cool down, but I felt great. My paces were solid, the distance was a full mile longer than last week, and the perceived effort level was maybe even less than previous weeks. All in all, an encouraging workout.
