miles 1-4: w/u, then about 6.8 to 7.0 mph
miles 4-8: 7.2 mph (~8:20 pace)
miles 8-14.5: 7.3 mph (~8:12 pace)
last 0.7 mi: 6.0 mph, then 4.0 mph walk/jog
Felt surprisingly good. In fact, there were a few times when I looked at the mileage on the treadmill and was surprised that I had gone as far as I had. (On the TM, it's usually the opposite: "OMG, I've only gone xx miles!! WTF!")
