2.5 mi w/u, 8 x (3 min ON, 2 min Jog), 1.6 mi c/d.
No data, just ran it by feel, trying to keep "ON" efforts quick but not too hard. They got kinda hard a few times. My Jogs were pretty easy. The Jay Johnson version of this workout should have the 2 efforts much closer to each other. So instead of 7:00 pace and 10:30 pace for the ON/Jogs respectively, it should be something more like 7:30 and 8:15 or thereabouts. Anyhow, it was the first workout in a while, and it felt pretty good. Need to do these weekly from here on.
