Notes

Kept HR and pace low/slow throughout, and it was very draining. 2.5 hours at this effort level is probably exactly what I need.

ETA: I think I brought Maurten drink on this run, so it’s surprising that I felt so depleted, AND my pace was significantly slower than last week when I drank nothing during the run and averaged 8:30 pace.
