Long Run: 18.4 miles in 2:30.
Factors: 1st Long run of Hills phase, but my Hill workout yesterday got cut short because of a 7 am meeting, for which I ran hard (7:10 pace for 2+ miles) to get home in time. So I was tired, but felt ok — I ran sub 8:00 pace for 5 or 6 miles.
Hydration: 4 bottles, 2 with water, 2 with Nuun Endurance (60 cal, 300+ mg sodium), drank it all, felt pretty good.
