Notes

Easy jog with coffee cup. Started out feeling like I would walk/jog most of it. After a mile, felt decent. By mile 2, really started to feel good -- quicker, lighter steps, no desire to walk. Enjoyable -- I need to do these more often, but extend them for 60-90 minutes.
