Very happy with today's run. First long-ish run (10 miles) following the Low HR method (127-132 bpm) on the TM at work (right side). Only a slight slow-down -- at mile 10, pace was 9:09, so I am making steady progress.
I did some lat pull-downs and tricep curls after the run (more Birkie prep), then did a solid SAM Easy 2 routine, which I need to do more consistently from now on.
