Avg Pace was 7:05, Avg HR during last 8 miles of effort was 156 bpm.
The effort was tough, but not red-lining. Felt sustainable at 155 bpm (even comfortable). I'd like the pace at 155 bpm to be closer to GMP, but still, this was a good effort-based run.
