Warm day, legs felt tired this morning. I ran well, but I really felt like I was dying during the second loop. Pretty happy with the results, but hoping I didn't "overcook" this workout. The right hip pain was non-existent DURING the race, but I'm feeling it quite a bit this afternoon. Hoping it resolves itself.
