Notes

Hills on TM. Super sluggish, right hip/glute flaring up, felt really tired. Did 3 "hills" of 4.0 mph at 15% incline for 0.25 miles, with some nice slow jogging otherwise. Lots of stretching and foam rolling afterwards. Waiting for the hip/glute thing to go away -- this may necessarily be a cut-back week of sorts.
