17.1 miles on LTF treadmill. 12 miles at 7.3 mph (8:13 pace), HR measured manually (no HRM) was about 141 bpm mid-way thru the run. Felt good. Brought Powerade (2 bottles), and went thru both. I was able to run the entire run (2 hr 30 mins) without breaks, which surprised me given the treadmill situation.
