Very fatigued this morning (following initial week of Hanson training, including 10 mi @ MP+30s yesterday), so I kept it extra easy, with 4 walk breaks. HR stayed low, almost surprisingly low (avg 117 bpm), given that I felt like I was struggling a bit even at these paces. Hopefully, I’ll be able to run the Intervals workout tomorrow (6 x 800), or maybe the Critical Power test. Or maybe I should wait until the scheduled “ladder” workout to do CP?
