Easy pace -- 6.4/6.5 mph. Tired/sore legs (still!) from the weekend's skiing and 5K. HR was in mid-140's, which is high for me at these easy paces. Still recovering, I guess. But it was a big step in getting back to my "normal" morning running routine.
