Notes
I'm an idiot. It was too cold and windy, but I ran anyway. Too fast, mostly because I wanted to get done faster. I also didn't drink any of the water that I brought with me. It was frozen by the time I finished, but I should've had a few sips early on to lessen the dehydration. I feel really crappy now (more than an hour post run). Hopefully there is some useful training benefit/result from this kind of stupidity.
