Hills: 3 sets of 3 on Sioux Drive hill, with 2 sets of 2 short sprints after first 2 sets. Then, over to Hamel Park hill, 3X hill sprints with jog recoveries.
Nice easy day (only 7 miles) before morning baseball practice. Driving down to Rochester this afternoon for state baseball tournament this weekend.
Wrist-based HR #'s were a bit erratic today; I do not trust the Max reported of 175, but the plot of HR looks pretty good in the last 3 or 4 miles of the run.
