Solid pacing. Except the 6th mile, which was 6:46 / 7:21. Must've been hill or GPS or some other factor, because the effort level didn't change much throughout. Based on how today felt, I will likely ramp up faster the next 2 weeks (9 miles next week, then 10 the last week of this workout).
