Notes
Long warm-up, then a great run. Huh? Who'd a thunk.
I was up at 4:30 a.m. due to Lo waking up. Decided to start earlier than normal, and to give myself a "full" warm-up.
I foam rolled first, then did some deep squats and toe touches, then the lunge matrix, followed by butt kicks, toy soldier walk, high skips, and cross-stepping runs. Oh, and then leg swings before stepping onto the 'mill.
This really made the run feel good.
If I could've done a cool-down that was half as good as the warm-up, it would've been a perfect workout.
