Hills and alactic sprints. 4 big ups (3 on the Peony Killer hill, and 1 on the Long residential hill), with 3-4 sprints of about 20-25 seconds in between. The hill climbs were not fast, but had a good bounding motion to them. Very tiring. (Although I suspect that some of the higher than expected HR data is due to wrist-based HR error.
