brought 4 bottle belt, 2 with water, 2 with Maurten. Warm, but not hot. Felt decent, good enough to keep running around the neighborhood until I hit 22 miles. I ran a fairly tough Out&Back yesterday, 11 total miles with 9 at 7:30 to 7:15 pace. I was sore and stiff at a few points, but no cramping. Hamstrings felt most likely to cramp up, but it didn't happen.
