Down and back up Ski Hill Road at Lutsen. I tried to go slowly on the way back up, but my HR ramped up into the upper 150's. It is a brutally long hill. Even walking it, I think my HR would've gone up over 135.
Not much running over this 4 day stretch, but a lot of downhill skiing gave my legs a good workout. Easy week coming up before the Birkie Then the real training begins in earnest.
