Pain in left arch, thought it was shoes so stopped to change into old shoes. It got worse in both feet so I must need a few days off
Fuck yea using work out notes! Good luck with recovery, I'm assuming you've already established it as just a minor ache that will go away otherwise you'd probably have said more.
