Extended Michigan, well that was one for the books. Im not going to lie, I was not looking forward to this workout at all and didn't feel up to it. Also today I had some issues with my digestive system to say the least..... so that was fun. Any who I started and didn't feel good at all, to the point where I almost decided to come back another day. There was nothing wrong physically wrong it was just mental. Got through the 3200 and 2k then its like my mentality flipped a switch. The workout ended up being a pretty good one and that im starting to believe that I am in half way good shape. I will say I did take two 60 rests which helped mentally as well. Other than that it was nice to be back on the track and glad to be done with that beast.

3200 @ CV, 2k tempo, 1600 @ 10k pace, 2k @ tempo, 1200 @ 5k pace, 2k tempo, 800 @ 3k pace, 2k tempo, 400 fast.

CV: 6:05-6:10 pace

Tempo: 6:30

10k: 6:00

5k is 5:45ish

3k is 5:30-35ish.
