Notes
No Garmin, decided to run by feel. Knew this wasn't going to be my day when after mile 12, I got what I think was an ocular migraine. I've only had a few in my life and never while running so it freaked me out. Couldn't really focus on things visually since there were big white splotches of light everywhere. Thought I might have to DNF. The half marathon point was a few steps away, and I just decided to keep going and take it easy on the second half. Vision returned to normal sometime after mile 16, but I had no desire to push my luck. Surprised I wasn't slower considering I was walking the uphills in the second half.
