Notes
Humidity was crazy high again today (~100%), but there was a nice cool breeze this morning. Started out feeling a little tired but was better a few miles in. I swear everybody and their dogs were out riding bikes on the path this morning. A plethora of folks from the 5 Rivers group rode by me going in the opposite direction. I'm not sure if I'm more tired from running 13 miles or saying good morning to all of them. Farther and faster than last weekend so it would seem things are getting better, and this anemia thing is on its way out the door.
