Great workout, felt great from the onset. Did the session with Tom, Eric and Paul did something else. New dynamic. As soon as started the first 500 felt a power and control in my legs that I had not felt in a while, really felt easy and powerful moving around the track. Hit the 500's faster than I had thought I would have. Good workout as well, allowed for good quantity of time running at near 1500m intensity. Followed by weights, track season starting next week. Focus.
